To maintain transparency in our Info-product services with users, in addition to these terms, we also make available our Privacy Policy and General Terms and Conditions of Use.
DEFINITIONS
- “EMAIL MARKETING” – Info-product dispatches: refers to any situation or agreement in which Uaimilhas.com sends one or more text messages to an email address related to its services.
- “USER” – any individual aged 18 (eighteen) years or older who is the sole holder and owner of a valid email address registered on a platform (provider) that offers email correspondence services, and who provided that address in our “QUIZ.”
- “OPT-IN” – means to register, subscribe, request, agree to, and consent to receiving one or more electronic messages from our team.
- “Uaimilhas.com” – refers to the blog responsible for managing the sending of emails containing Info-product content.
TERMS
By registering through our “QUIZ” and “ACTIVATING” our notification or messaging services (Info-products) by providing your email to Uaimilhas.com, you (the USER) agree to and accept the conditions of these terms.
We value a transparent and trustworthy relationship with our USERS. Therefore, these terms are subject to the USER’s waiver of participation in any class action.
In the event of disagreement, whether in part or in full, with these terms, we will offer arbitration (Law No. 9.307/1996) as a preliminary dispute resolution method before any judicial action.
ENFORCEABILITY
By registering in our “QUIZ” and clicking “Opt-In,” you confirm that you agree with all terms and conditions contained in this Email Marketing Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the General Terms and Conditions of Use.
Furthermore, you declare that you are over 18 years old, are the holder, subscriber, and sole owner of the email address provided during registration, and authorize the receipt of emails sent by the portal.
PROVIDERS
The email dispatches containing Info-product content are available for any provider that offers email services in compliance with international security standards and Brazilian legislation.
STOP RECEIVING MESSAGES
To ensure transparency in the delivery of Info-product content via email, we include in the body of each message an option to stop receiving future emails, with the following notice:
“We send free content to help you improve your financial life. If you no longer wish to receive it, just click here.”
However, if you later return to the “QUIZ” and re-register your email, the receipt of new messages will be reactivated, and you will once again agree to these terms.
TECHNOLOGIES THAT ENSURE DATA PROCESSING
Our priority is your security. Therefore, we use both international and national standards to guarantee the protection of your personal information and data.

DATA REGULATION
By agreeing to receive our email communications, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data (email address), governed by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018).

APPLICABLE LAW
The applicable law for this agreement shall be that in force in Brazil.
In disputes between the USER and the Info-products portal (Uaimilhas.com), Law No. 9.307/1996 – Arbitration Law shall take precedence, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 8.078/1990 – Consumer Protection Code.
JURISDICTION
If the USER refuses arbitration as a means of dispute resolution, the court of competent jurisdiction for any legal matters shall be the city of Belo Horizonte – MG (Minas Gerais).
