To ensure transparency in our services (Info-products), in addition to these terms, we also make available our Privacy Policy and General Terms and Conditions of Use.
DEFINITIONS
- “TEXT MESSAGE SERVICE” (SMS) refers to any situation or agreement in which Uaimilhas.com sends one or more text messages related to Info-product services.
- “USER” refers to any individual aged 18 (eighteen) or older who is the sole owner and holder of a valid phone number registered in Brazil with any telecommunications operator authorized by ANATEL – the National Telecommunications Agency – provided by the User in our “QUIZ.”
- “OPT-IN” means to register, subscribe, request, agree to, and consent to receiving one or more SMS messages from our team.
- “Uaimilhas.com” refers to the blog responsible for managing SMS dispatches containing Info-product content.
TERMS
By registering through our “QUIZ” and “ACTIVATING” our notification services (Info-products) via SMS – Text Message Service – from Uaimilhas.com, you (the USER) agree to and accept the conditions of these terms.
We value a unique and transparent relationship with our USERS. Therefore, these terms are conditioned upon the USER’s waiver of participation in any class action.
In case of disagreement, whether in part or in full, with these terms, arbitration (Law No. 9.307/1996) shall be used as a preliminary solution before any judicial proceedings.
ENFORCEABILITY
By registering in our “QUIZ” and clicking “Opt-In,” you confirm that you agree with all the terms and conditions contained in this SMS Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the General Terms and Conditions of Use.
You also declare that you are the holder, subscriber, and sole owner of the phone number provided at registration, authorize the receipt of SMS messages, and affirm that you are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older.
OPERATORS
The SMS dispatches containing Info-product content are available for telecommunications operators registered with ANATEL – the National Telecommunications Agency of Brazil – such as TIM, OI, Claro, Vivo, Nextel, CTBC, among others.
STOP RECEIVING MESSAGES
To ensure transparency in our Info-product content delivery via SMS, we provide a simple opt-out method.
By sending the word “STOP”, you will stop receiving text messages.
However, if you later return to the “QUIZ” and re-register your phone number, the SMS notifications will be re-activated automatically.
TECHNOLOGIES USED
We use the technologies provided by Twilio Inc. and AKNA to send SMS messages (Text Message Service).
DATA REGULATION
By agreeing to receive our SMS messages, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your phone number data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018).
However, you may revoke your consent regarding the processing and storage of your data at any time by sending an email to:

APPLICABLE LAW
The applicable law for this agreement shall be that in force in Brazil.
In disputes between the USER and the Info-products portal (Uaimilhas.com), Law No. 9.307/1996 – Arbitration Law shall prevail, subject to the provisions of Law No. 8.078/1990 – Consumer Protection Code.
JURISDICTION
In case of refusal to submit to arbitration for dispute resolution, the venue for any judicial proceedings shall be the city of Belo Horizonte – MG (Minas Gerais).
